Contactreal is a specialist property business, investing in Freehold and Leasehold Residential property. We seek to ensure that all the properties we invest in are well and

We are involved in the ownership and management of more than 1,000 homes. We have been in this business since 1988, making us one of the most experienced specialist firms in the market.
What we do every day
Our largest single activity is collecting rent. with our business partner (Sarum Properties) we bill and collect monthly, quarterly and annual rents
Lease Extesnions
Where we are the freeholder, we are happy to discuss any needs in relation lease extensions. Though most owners have an absolute right to a statutory lease extension, we are also happy to discuss alternatives, which may be cheaper and involve less legal & professional fees
Our most valuable activity?
For most of our residents and home owners, we arrange the insurance of their building. Ensuring the level of cover is appropriate and providing the initial financing of the cost. Our experience allows us find competitively priced policies with high levels of cover

About Us
The business was founded in 1988 and has gently grown every year since then. The business is an independent family owned business with its routes in Salisbury. Though we have invested in a number of properties in Salisbury, our investments stretch from the Essex coast in the East, through London, Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire & Dorset and on into Devon in the West. Whilst wandering north through Wiltshire and Somerset, Avon, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire and on to Norfolk.

Lease Extensions
Lease extensions are very complicated, the calculation is based on the Ground Rent you pay, the length of time remaining on your existing lease and the capital value of your apartment. The Government, has produced a calculator (www.lease-advice.org/calculator/) which can be a good starting point.
